Burning fats are one of the hardest thing i learned this year when i gain some weight. But honestly speaking, sweating like on jogging is one of the fastest way to lose some weight. On my situation going on a gym is not advisable because i had an asthma then maybe a treadmill can work. I found a treadmill that will fit at any home and it is foldable.
This is Easy Walk. Like an easy walk on a park, we can now enjoy having a good walk right on our own home. Indoor sweating will never be the same.
As seen on the picture, the style of this treadmill is foldable so it's up to you how you use it, fold it and simply store under your bed or sofa. I like the fact that this is so small like that. Maybe we should invest on our health this time guys.

I think it is a perfect solution for those who have usually a busy schedule and/or having some issues that they can not walk outside or attend a gym. The best part is it is foldable and easy to carry and place and I think walking is equally easy now at home.

It looks beautiful but I have something similar to this at home and the one thing I noticed is that if the walking path is small, it isn't easy to walk on or even jog if your a bit bigger in size like me. And if everyday, we had to walk in our living rooms or house, it does serve the purpose of enjoying a work out but it gets kind of boring at times. So maybe by mixing up alot of types of workouts it can greatly add on some variety. Good Hunt by the way. Those are just my views.
