Uff, this description sounds like some advertisement. Who won't like to click it? Everyone would like to live a better and healthier life naturally!
But on clicking, I found that this aqp talks about some tailored workouts. But workouts ain't any natural to me!
Of course, it does have some recipes, aroma=therapists etc. but I don't think they are authentically natural approaches.
