Hunter's comment

My brother turned me on to this app, and I can verify it works because he used it to quit smoking after a 16 year addiction to cigarettes.

I am also a smoker and have downloaded the app, I just haven’t been brave enough to put it to work.

This is a free app and available on Apple and Android devices and for a very small amount, less than a pack of cigarettes, you can upgrade to their Pro version.
A few key features are:

How much money you have saved by not smoking

Health benefits of your quitting progress

Encouragement and achievement badges

Community engagement with other quitters

So far they’ve had 2 million downloads. Talk about providing a useful and successful application to help improve people’s health and save lives.

This is definitely a winner! If you’re a smoker that wants to quit I highly reccomend.
