Sigma Messenger is a free messaging app that uses Telegram API and added some extra features to the official Telegram app which the most important is a very strong Anti Blocking system for some countries which are blocking Telegram

Yeah, telegram is blocked in my country as well. I can't use the web version. I don't why they have blocked telegram.

I like the features they are offering. Telegram is my favorite messing app. It seems the app has ads according to the page. That is going to be too annoying form me.
