This is the simplest and most intuitive gym log that you can find that is available today. It helps you achieve your fitness goals to build a path to a healthier life.
What I like about this app
- This exercise tracker is good for Starting Strength and Strong lifts
- The library exercises contain dead lifts, squats, bench press, cardio and ab workouts
- The neat thing is that you can create your own exercises
- There is a all in one fitness tracking using barbell, dumbell, olympic and cardio to body weight
- This app is suitable for all levels - beginners, intermediate and experienced power lifter
- If you are a gym goer, this app provides workouts and exercises logs
- You do not need to worry about being bogged down with unnecessary pictures and videos

Pros:
In my personal opinion, Strong-5 provides convenience to sports lovers to monitor the results of their hard work in forming a proportionate and cool body.
Here, the provided UI is quite simple and can be mastered easily, with detailed data is quite accurate. You can specify your training targets, schedules, and so on.
Various recommendations and practice guides are also provided, which will ensure the process runs smoothly and seamlessly.
Cons:
The idea for this kind of product has been overwhelming.
