There's something which draws me to this, but repels me at the same time.
As someone who's never attempted to make sushi (but would like to), I can see this tech/gadget would probably be a great help. But, I can't help thinking that sushi is one of those things which should be made traditionally (or at least as close as you can get to it), and be a form of artistry - not just "cram in it, fire it out".
