BOSHI IS A LONE BLUE YOSHI AND THE RIVAL OF YOSHI. LIKE MANY OTHER YOSHIS, BOSHI CAN SPEAK ONLY THE YOSHI LANGUAGE, HAVING A DEEPER VOICE THAN MOST OTHERS. HIS APPEARANCE IS DISTINCT FROM THE OTHER YOSHIS IN THAT HE WEARS SUNGLASSES, A SPIKED COLLAR, AND TOELESS SHOES, WITH HIM BEING THE ONLY KNOWN YOSHI NOT TO WEAR SHOES THAT COVER HIS FEET.
