This works almost like steemit. It is a decentralised platform on the EOS blockchain and rewards users for quality contents. But this is more focused on contents related to the blockchain technology and it's activities. It makes use of IPFD protocol for it's content storage.
It's a nice place to start blogging on the EOS blockchain considering it's reward patterns too.
