This is an Apple color picker developed for developers to copy and tweak some colors on their screen. Couleurs is an applictaion for grabbing and tweaking colors you see on your screen with no stress..
Couleurs takes Apple's color panel (complete with "magnifying glass"), and combines it with an easy way to copy common formats of color values to the clipboard (including CSS formats like #rrggbb and even UIColor values in Swift). source
The app allows you to copy the color to your clipboard and you can also paste any CSS color while Couleurs is active.
To use this app, just click and drag color, tweak the color to your desire and then click to copy or press and hold to change format format.
