NOIR is a device that acts both as a camera and as a charger as well.It records videos in full 1080P resolution and it can easily be connected to mobile or computer. and i think it is a better then the other expencive security cameras and devices.
Ans NOIR does not need any batteries ,No fees .you just have to connect it to wifi.
