Vernam IM is a messenger application that claims to provide best cipher for our messages, they said that the app dont store messages the user has sent, because the only way the app can communicate to each other is through the shared folder in drop box or one drive, and is used as a data transmission channel.

Storing messages in cloud is a question mark cause in that condition the encryption should be really strong and e2e is a must. They are pretty confident about the encryption but more information is required to accept that like for example how the key distribution will be proceed. Took my attention anyway. Thank you.
