Okay, I'll be honest. When I first looked at the title I thought this was the most frivolous invention ever. We're born with two perfectly good thumbs (most of us) and that's been good enough for as long as there have been humans! But curiosity got the best of me and I watched the video.
For people who've never interacted with a prosthetic before, this is a great introduction and it's really well designed to be able to move so naturally. I'd most likely never use it (unless one of my real thumbs was out of commission) but it's a good thing that inventions like this are out there pushing boundaries. 👍👍...👍

@sweetguy, sweet hunt! It looks a little weird at first but i think thats what the idea is, change people's opinion about prosthetics. I am sure the guitar player find it extremely useful. And i also think this has a lot of use for someone who has lost a finger in some accident, or to improve someone's grip. Good hunt.

when i saw the post the first way i reacted to it was by laughing because i find it hilarious but on a second thought i discover that this third thumb gadget is a very good gadget and it is interesting to use,though i still would want to learn more about how the gadget works

This one is really interesting hunt since that can be use as prothese and also can bu used as sixth finger for fun. If you just look to pictures you don't understand how it works but it works for your reaction and can be used easily. I will search more about it on their website. Thanks for this great hunt

WOW. First time seeing something like this and im absolutely baffled. This thing is absolutely insane. It can help you with so many things. At first it mighjt be funny but when you think a little bit more you start to understand the potential of this amazing third thumb!

This product is oddly weird, but looks so useful. From the video, this can definitely change the way we use our hands. Instead of needing both hands to grasp things, we now only need one. I can't begin to imagine the possibilities.
It's very out of the box thinking from a design standpoint, as well. And the idea of using prosthetics to extend and improve on the human body, not just to "fix" a perceived disability, is something I find very interesting too. What's next? An extra limb? Really cool find!
