in the words of @drdisrespect trickle in, trickle trickle. to be honest with you i'd not recommend JUST using a trickle solar panel to keep that 12v battery topped up. i'd make sure you have a DEAD switch between battery and starting when you are NOT using the car..
Ideal for trickle charging the batteries of boats, SUVs, RVs, electric fences, deer feeders and more!
it's certainly a product i would recommend if you want to get started in learning about solar power quickly because you can just hook it up knowing that you are trickling in a bit of power especially if you are somewhere get's a lot of sunshine.
if you can afford it go for a kit that has a deep cycle battery and a charge controller -- then you can do some real good projects like running a bunch of raspberry zero camera modules from a usb hub powered by one of those scooter batteries -- that way when the mains power goes off you still are capturing cctv footage
