every so often you just come across companies that have the whole package locked down so much so that i might have to see if they will sell the box to us here in the uk! - that solar smart box is really clever as it touches all the bases that i would need to get the 'data' back as to 'what's happening' -- all very well having a solar charge controller but if you don't get data out of it then it's just a manual process -- neat kit.

With over 100,000 systems deployed so far; 450 staff across 5 offices in China, UK and East Africa are waking up every morning to work with BBOXX to electrify 20M people by 2020 -- BBOXX Home comes with a 50W roof mounted solar panel, and can be purchased on a 3 year payment plan

personally, I'm really looking forward to playing around with solar energy for the van, those flexiable low profile solar panels looks great and i know what i'll be like looking at the amount of amps coming in and how many equipment uses! -- can't wait to hit the roads with @dayleeo i know our dream will come true! :)

    Pros :

    • Compact , lightweight and mobile
    • Easy and quick to install
    • Utilises a small footprint to generate energy
    • Affordable

    Cons :

    • Low power output and may not be able to power up a lot of known electrical devices.

    Am always a big fan for free energy innovations

    Pros:

    • Free energy from the sun is always good
    • Looks easy and small enough to install

    Cons:

    • As always, such products need to prove their worth when comparing carbon output, energy efficiencies, cost, maintainability, etc

    Pros :

    • Known to be providing 350,000 people with electrity
    • The product has been sold to more than 35 countries around the globe
    • It received a lot of good feedback and compliments from customers
    • It can really provide affordable and clean type of energy especially to those who are off-grid communities
    • It can help developed those communities that don't have electricity

        I guesa cost would be the biggest issue here. It is cool to have control over the solar system on your rooftop by just using the solar controller.

        Kinda smart design I would say.
