really neat actually, i can certainly see something similar to this on the steem blockchain, maybe you can expand it to use NFT's in some way using steem engine! go buidl it! :)

I think, this will be one of the best use case of steem blockchain. And may be it should be enhanced to allow the dealer to send the warranty in some electronic way and that gets saved on blockchain.
