. .. that's the starting title that heads the site but DONT let that put you off like it did me! underneath is actually a bunch of SUPER USEFUL tools that this service offers for anyone handling any kind of digital online business -- especially from a perspective of automating the 'FLOW' of your email communications.
they even have a mixmax rules feature that just came out which expands on the original feature set of dealing with email but opens up to all your favorite services similar the way ifttt works.
of course, like any web service or application this does not come for free but i think it's incredibly worth it if you have a remote team dotted around the globe that you need to keep on top of, some of the 'have you seen' features alone make it a killer web app for seeing who's dealing with your email or leaving it until tomorrow! especially useful with clients! :)

MixMax is an amazing Gmail extension which enhaces my email process oh so wonderfully. I've been using it for a couple a years with my Google APPs education account it it is awesome to track when emails I send to students have been opened or not, and the templates are a tremendous time saver. For me, Todoist and MixMax are, hands down, the must have Gmail extensions.
