. .. this is the world we live in where things need to run on time and everything has to be in it's place, accounted for and covered, the cleaner things run the better the project will run and on time, on cost with minimal impact -- at least that's the idea right! :)

that bit about 'no effort' is huge if they have managed to nail that because this gives offsite management accountability day by day on the progress of the site and it means that remote workers can be voyeurs if you will of what's outstanding and what the present condition of each area is in. that's FIRE!

the fact that they are using 'off the shelf' equipment also makes it more attractive as a solution as well because it's just a case of sticking that on the top of the helmet and going to work (although i'm guessing a bunch get knocked in doorways!) and let it record all day long, at least.

that's the plan in practice i wonder if they are reliable enough not to lock up, fill up sd cards, overheat and become problemantic -- if someone is smart they will have seven sd cards for everyday of the week and put them in rotation.

interesting expression i've never heard of before but i can see how that evidence based digital content will be used in the future (even faked maybe) -- never heard of 'ground-truth' before but i'm certain that's gonna be another legal data set to be used in dealing with issues of build outs.
