Because Smart Cap is already available for those people with disabilities especially with their visuals.

Basically, it is

an assistant for visually impaired which narrates the description of scene.

I think this is the very beginning of helping the blind. We will soon have driver less cars so why not something similar for the blind that can assist them with getting around safely. This cap camera device looks very simple and will only become more advanced as the technology improves. I like these types of hunts as it shows us what and where the world is heading.
