Blockchains are immutable and without quantum computing nobody can really mess with cryptographic signatures. You can always share an agreement on a blockchain and put it out publicly. You can already make a statement on STEEM and ask anyone to "sign" using a comment using the posting key. But what if it is some sensitive data?
You can securely store the data on some centralized system. But just take a nice look at all the data breaches happening all over the place including the very recent Google+ hack.

Hey @iqbaladon, founder of Blockusign here. Yes, it uses Blockstack for your decentralized identity and storage, anchored to the bitcoin blockchain. Data is encrypted client side and stored in your own chosen storage bucket Only you hold the decryption key to access the data! Let me know what you think!
