This is Vinghen Ti1, a full-size, electric push-scooter that relies on fat tires for improved comfort, stability, and handling. It has a simple, yet very distinctive design that was inspired by traditional engineering, surfing, and longboarding with one of its key features being the longboard shaped step.

The sole purpose of Vinghen Ti1 is to provide a fun way of commuting. It has very low center of gravity which allows you to play with it and perform funny tricks with it.
