Rice Porridge Recipe Ala 'Cowboy'

2 bowls of rice
1 cup of chicken contents
1 diced carrot rod
1 large red onion pumpkin - mashed
6-7 garlic-mashed peas
1 thumb halia- mayang fine
2 stalks lemongrass - tap
3-4 flower mace
1 cinnamon stick
5-6 grains of pelagans
2 pieces of pandan leaves - knot and cook with the rice
A little dry shrimp / gulf - choice
Little halba - choice
Santan box - I use 1/3 of the portion
1 ketul kiub ayam
1 slice of fish kiub bilis
A little salt
Black pepper powder

How:

1. wash the rice and cook until it breaks into porridge
2. heat the oil, saute garlic, onion, lemongrass, cinnamon, lawang flowers, seeds pelaga, halba and halia until the aroma.
3. put black pepper powder, chicken, red radish, dried shrimp / geragau until somewhat wilted.
4. have withered, move it into the cooking pot. Enter chicken kiub, fish bilis, coconut milk. Feel with salt.
5. Ripe with herbs of fried onions, salted eggs, soup leaves and chili pieces (my style is spicy)
