Steemians Help!!

I have exhausted my Googling skills - I am not getting anywhere...

Let me back up.
I have Steem dollars. I want to trade them.
I click on Trade (in Wallet, little arrow next to my dollars) and Bittrex pops open. I have an account there.

But this is where I'm lost.
How do I get my poor little steem dollars over there? There's a step I'm missing and the only 3 steem posts that can be found here and on google are old and the step by step out dated.

My brain hurts.
Please send help

      Sadly no. I usually don't struggle with tech but this and setting up the TRX is not working for me
