    Great to see you dance @nomvula. Light lovely free innocent movement, filled with joy. And yes dancing out with nature, training, celebrating, declaring one's love, whatever it is it's always more fun and more special when its outside surrounded by the beauty of the earth. And eating fruits, berries and melons is by far the happiest experience one can partake in, when it comes to nutritious light giving foods.
