Help Yourself To Recover From Heart Disease, Diabetes and / or Cancer

There are so many things to know about how to get rid of disease.

Let's begin in God's word:. “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of these diseases on you, which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.” Exodus 15:26

Let's begin by going to Google.com and put in ALKALINE FOODS in their search box. There you will find foods that are listed in the category of alkaline. Diseases, even the common cold, can not stay in an alkaline environment. When you continuously eat alkaline foods, your body will stay healthy. If you already have cancer or any other disease that has been caused by acid-type foods, you can reverse the disease by eating nothing but alkaline-type foods.

Diet is not the only thing that will change your body. In order to create a healthy human baby, a mother does more than just eating food to produce that baby. She also exercises, takes vitamins, drinks filtered water, sleeps enough and other healthy actions.

It may have taken months or years to produce your disease. To reverse it, you'll need to do certain things like eating and drinking right, not smoking, not drinking alcoholic beverages, exercising if you haven't been, laughing, praying, fasting and other things. We really aren't sure what you will have to do to cure yourself, but we have a good idea.

You are now in charge of your own body. You have always been since you were a kid, but maybe you never really thought of it that way before. You are going to change your life for the better, beginning now. If you have fear - repent for it. Ask the Lord to change your fear into courage. We all love courage and we all hate being fearful, so change your mind now. One of the first things you will need to do is to change your thinking, especially if you are fearful of what this is doing to limit you or to even kill you.

One of the most important things for all of us to do is not to hold onto any anger towards anyone. If you are angry at anyone, forgive them now. Not just in your words, but seriously from your heart. “I forgive ___________.” Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven." Matthew 21

Remember, often times that person you need to forgive is yourself. Ask the Lord to forgive you – He will. It says so in the Bible. "For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You.” Psalm 86:5

No matter what kind of cancer you have, prayer and fasting will help change your spirit, mind, emotions and your body.

If you aren't sure how to pray, just begin with your simple feelings and ask God to help you through the day. Cancer can usually bring on waves of fear and in order to break those waves, praying or singing to God will change the fear to a different level of emotion, such as courage or joy. Don't feel self-conscious when you pray, laugh or even cry in front of God. He loves you and knows what you are going through.

Turn on worship music or music you enjoy. If you are up to it, dance to the rhythm and laugh or sing along. “A merry heart does good like a medicine.” Proverbs 17:22

Have you heard of Norman Cousins, who wrote “An Anatomy of an Illness" He found himself with a debilitating disease and ended up in the hospital. While there, he had a revelation about Proverbs 17:22 verse and decided to test it. He noticed that the depressing routine of hospital life tended to produce side effects that aggravated his condition. He moved out of the hospital and into a nearby hotel and for weeks he did nothing but lie in bed, still weak from his disease and laughed at “I love Lucy,” “The Three Stooges,” “Red Skelton Show,” “The Marx Brother” and many more. He laughed all day long and within a few weeks, the doctors noticed a change in his body. He ate better than when in the hospital and medicated himself with high doses of Vitamin C. He is convinced that the slow improvement in his condition is owing to his individualized methods of therapy and his having taken charge of his own situation.

Organic: beets, tomatoes, squash, kale, broccoli, avocado, carrots, Reishi and Shiltaki mushrooms, garlic, ginseng tea, (red, yellow, orange and green veggies). If you have a juicing machine, juice organic carrots, broccoli, kale and an orange for a veggie-fruit smoothie. Vitamins A, C and E are the main three vitamins that will help your body recover faster.

Kale: One of the most popular American greens, like other cruciferous vegetables, offers antioxidants, anti-inflammatory nutrients and anti-cancer features. Dark purple or red Grapes: The antioxidant reseratrol found in the skin of grapes ( red wine) also fights inflamma-tion and cancer. Keep purple or red grapes washed in the refrigerator. (Fruit is healthier than juice because it has more fiber and less sugar.) sip juices slowly or add purified water 50/50.

Apples: If an apple a day really does keep the doctor away, it might be because of its high concentration of quercetin, a flavanoid also present in onions and green tea. Researchers found a link between apples, flavanoids and quercetin and decreased inflammation. Toss diced apples into chicken salad or warm your family with a baked apple and a pinch of cinnamon.

Protein meats: 3 ounces of organic chicken or turkey, and ocean salmon to be eaten at least twice a week.

Eggs: coddled, over easy, sunny side up are the three best ways to eat eggs. Omega-3 fats yield anti-inflammatory compounds; omega-6 fats give us inflammation.

Limit highly processed foods (always a good idea). Dress your salad and sauté your meats and veggies in omega-3 rich canola or olive oil. Eat other plant sources of omega-3 fats, including walnuts and ground flax-seed, ground or chopped avocado inner seed.

Nuts: Nuts have long been linked with less coronary heart disease than other high-calorie foods.

2005 study in American Journal of Epidemiology of more than 6,000 people found those, who ate the most nuts and seeds had the lowest levels of inflammatory markers in their blood. High content of amino acid arginine may be responsible for inflammation-soothing effect of nuts. Snack on 1oz. serving (about one-fourth cup) walnuts, pistachios or almonds to keep your calories in check.

Cocoa: Cocoa can reduce the risk of heart disease. When researchers in Spain gave 42 men and women skim milk mixed with cocoa powder twice daily for four weeks, participants had lower levels of inflammatory markers in their blood compared with four- week period in which they drank plain skim milk. A 2006 study from University of California, Davis showed that drinking cocoa improved blood flow and decreased lipid levels in 32 postmenopausal women. Beneficial ingredient is flavanols, which reduce inflammation and blood clotting. Cocoa has a rich concentration of them.

Enjoy a cup or two of steamy hot cocoa made with real cocoa and skim or low-fat non-GMO milk to hold down the calories and saturated fats. And don’t think a chocolate bar carries the same health boost; the candy is high in saturated fat and cancer cells thrive on the sugar in the candy.

A Daily Anti-Inflammation Eating Plan - Can’t figure out to get all these anti-inflammatory foods into your meals? Try the menu below:

Breakfast: Oatmeal sprinkled with dried cranberries and cinnamon

Snack: Grapes, cherries, an apple, an orange,

Lunch: Green salad loaded with fresh veggies, including broccoli, onions, a sprinkling of walnuts or almonds and fresh-cracked pepper and an olive or canola oil dressing. Top your salad with grilled organic chicken
Whole-grain bread or crackers
Unsweetened tea

Snack: Cherries, walnuts

Dinner: Sliced fresh tomato drizzled with olive oil
Grilled salmon with rosemary
Sauteed spinach with leeks and ginger
Beets
Brown rice
Unsweetened tea

Dessert:
Apple, sliced & sprinkled with cinnamon, cooked in microwave or baked in oven.

Drinks: Purified water, organic green tea, dark organic grape juice, organic fruit or veggie juices, organic cocoa, almond or coconut milk. Fruit juices especially should be drunk slowly, so the pancreas can catch up to the sugar being put into the body. Diet pops (heavy in cancer causing and addictive chemicals) should absolutely be avoided.

For strength: a teaspoon of raw Buckwheat honey. Can be taken one teaspoon every two hours up to 3 teaspoons per day. If you are diabetic, limit your intake to one teaspoon per day.

For settling stomach: chew on some organic papaya

Refrain from eating white flour (white breads, cookies, crackers, cakes, etc.). Rye or multi-grain flours are better. Brown rice and multi-grain pasta are better than white.

Refrain from white sugar used in (ketsup, pop, cakes, pies, cookies, tea, coffee, etc.). Cancer feeds on undigested red meats and white sugar and white flour.

Using Flax-seed is a wonderful way to keep the body regular. It can be used as ground seed or eaten on salads just as it usually is found. When it is used as flax-seed oil, along with cottage cheese, cancer cells scream with the knowledge that this combination is working to get rid of tumors and overall disease of cancer.

The recipe is so easy – anyone can use it. Just take ½ cup of cottage cheese and put 2 tablespoons of flax-seed oil on top. Let that sit for about 5 minutes; after which you will want to mix thoroughly with a whip, so that the oil and the cottage cheese become one. This will be almost like yogurt, but because of the taste you are not used to, you probably will want to add fruit, like peaches, strawberries, etc. and mix them in, so the flavor will be tasteful. Eat at least twice a day in order to stay regular. This will give you some fiber for the day. Make sure you also add other fiber to your diet at each meal you eat.

For our kidneys: corn silk taken as a tea is a fantastic way of getting rid of inflammation from the kidneys or bladder. It is a very simple solution and by putting fresh or dried corn silk into a cup and adding steaming hot filtered water to it and then letting it steep for a few minutes until the water is a yellowy color, makes a simple answer to a very painful problem. Drink several cups of this per day and watch how fast the recovery comes.

Vitamins that will fight cancer are A,C and E. You will want to ask your doctor how much of each, as you are going to need more than usual to fight the cancer.

Don't smoke or drink alcohol. Do not eat any fried foods either.

One of the best things we can all do for our bodies is to take a walk daily. It seems like such a simple thing to say, but in reality, most of us are sitting on the couch, watching tv or sleeping or munching on something none of us should be eating or drinking.

Just get up now and go get your jacket on and take a 20 minute walk for starters. You need the oxygen in your blood to help your body to heal and fight those “bugs” that are attacking your lungs, heart, legs, arms and even your head. Take a 20 minute walk each day for a week and increase it to 30 minutes and then an hour. Believe me, you will start feeling yourself again. Oxygen makes us feel happy and well.

What has been included here is not everything there is to know how to beat Cancer, Heart disease or other diseases, but it is a start. If you use some of the basics before you are sick, it will also help your body fight off disease, when it comes knocking at your door.
