Vitamin Deficiency Weakens the Body

We have always been hearing that we should eat plenty of protein and vitamins, because it gives us physical strength and also protects against various diseases. But how much do we follow these rules. According to health experts, vitamin deficiency weakens the body. But apart from this, there are many such diseases that do not leave the person pursuing for long periods of time. But the question arises here is that when our body becomes a victim of vitamin deficiency, how do we know it.

Are there special tests for this or do you have to take advice from a doctor. Not always, because your face can only tell you whether you are consuming the right amount of vitamins containing substances. You just need to carefully look in your face in the mirror and then carefully read the points forward. If your face also matches two points out of these five, then it means that you have a lack of vitamins.

  • Just look carefully at the paples right below the eyes, are you feeling swollen here. If you have not slept properly for a few days then it can be swollen due to insomnia. But without swelling, swelling definitely shows vitamin deficiency. To remove this inflammation, increase the intake of potatoes in your daily diet. Also, take milk-curd and eat plenty of juices.
  • According to health experts, when there are plenty of vitamins in our body, there is a reddish and special type of glow on the face. The face looks shiny, but on the other side the faded and yellowed face shows vitamin deficiency. The yellowing of the skin is due to the lack of vitamin B12 and eat plenty of pulses to remove it. Apart from pulses, also get sprouted grains. Eat as much as you can with milk curd.
  • It is true that hair loss is normal on the change of weather, but excessively racy hair points towards deficiency of vitamin B7. Eat dried fruits and pulses in them, hair will be dense and shiny.
  • The frequent dryness and yellowing of the lips point to two types of physical deficiencies, the first is due to drinking less water and the second is the result of lack of iron and vitamin. In such cases, most of the food items should be consumed in which there are plenty of iron such as spinach, green vegetables, some special pulses, etc. And as much as possible to drink water or water made of water such as syrup etc.
  • If suddenly the gums begin to weaken and problems like bleeding, then it indicates the lack of vitamin C in the body. We get vitamin C oranges, grapes and fruits. Besides, lemonade is also a good source.
