Lucky for me, I hate beer. LOL However, I came across the unfortunate realization that some wines are stored/aged in barrels that are sealed shut with a wheat paste. That was a long night for me. 😔

    Great point. I never thought of that. You are right. Many wines are aged in whiskey oak barrels and whiskey is the spirit of beer...that means gluten. I just learned something new. Thanks kimberlyjohnson!
