Today I want to share my love of mountain biking. I do not have a lot of experience riding a bike, but I learned on this bike and on these challenging hills on Koh Phangan Island. Once I got the hang of it, I rode a few times a week. I usually my ride in the morning, first thing. I always feel my lungs open up, legs burn and increased mental clarity, every time I ride.
If you enjoy cycling , Koh Phangan is a very good place for this activity. The hills are steep, the air is fresh and the scenery is the most beautiful.

Always remember take plenty of water, helmet (helmet advised – the hills give you a lot of speed and crash would be catostrophic) and sun glasses.
