Drinking water and which one i choose to drink

Approximately 1 and a half years ago i decided that i would drink only water in place of the concentrated fruit juices and carbonated soft drinks i was regularly consuming, it is only recently that i decided to question the water that i am drinking.

It was after watching a short video by Dick Gregory who pointed out how and why 'Natural Still Mineral Water' is different to 'Spring Water' which is something that never really crossed my mind, as for tap water i think it is generally accepted that there are many impurities in this form of water nonetheless i did regularly consume water from the tap until recently.

Many people often say water is flavourless and it all tastes the same i would like to argue this as i now can taste the difference between tap water and spring water the latter being the more refreshing in my opinion, so for the past 6+ weeks i have drank only spring water at a cost of 17p (sometimes 50p for branded spring water) per day and i definitely feel a difference both in my energy levels and the look and feel of my skin.

So to conclude this is hopefully the beginning of my dietary overhaul, i intend to; in the coming weeks change my diet completely, i'm going to blog my progress and seek the opinions of people who have done the same.
