Everyone wants that perfect Hollywood smile – pearly white teeth are essential if you want to look great. However, keeping them white is easier said than done. We’re not caring for our teeth as we should, and the constant use of commercial toothpastes and mouthwash is only adding more fuel to the fire. Luckily, we are going to show you how to prepare a few natural mouthwash remedies that will keep your teeth white and your oral cavity clean.

  1. Bad breath remedy:

Add a few drops of lemon, anise and mint oil each in a glass of water, then rinse your oral cavity with the mixture a few times a day.

  1. Tartar remedy

Ingredients:

• A cup of fresh mint
• 2 cups of water
• ½ a cup of rosemary

Instructions:

Bring the water to a boil, then add the ingredients and simmer the mixture for 15 minutes. Leave it to cool down in the end, then rinse your mouth with it.

  1. Teeth whitening toothpaste

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ teaspoon of stevia
• 30 drops of your favorite essential oil
• 7 tablespoons of baking soda
• 7 tablespoons of coconut oil

Preparation:

Just mix the ingredients in a bowl until you get a nice consistency and use the paste instead of commercial toothpastes.

  1. Oil pulling

Coconut oil is the ultimate solution for all your oral problems. It can fight bacteria in your mouth, whiten your teeth, prevent cavities and improve your oral health. Every morning after waking up, swish a few tablespoons of coconut oil in your mouth for about 20 minutes. Oil pulling is an ancient technique that will whiten your teeth and keep your oral cavity clean and healthy. The treatment doesn’t have any side-effects and it’s completely safe to use.

Ive used a few different whitening techniques myself that I saw amazing results with as well.

I think baking soda if always one of the common denominators in teeth whitening .

Im thinking of taking the easy way out and getting a set of veneers soon.. Great post though! Oil pulling is great for the mouth and the insides whoop whoop!
