actually i did not meditate :)... i watch the "damned" hand and then text... after first two steps i saw the text, the after next one i saw the white spaces to hold breath.
It was fun.
People should do that not standing on a chair where they stay all the time. It should be done in a proper position or standing near a wall. To move from that "computer position" which kills our body.
Anyway, remembered from the begining of internet when such things overwelmed us and we all do tests or tricky things in gifs or whateva'. It was fun then, more than now.
