Let it begin!

Practiced it several times. 3 seconds feels fast, I experimented with 4 seconds per breath found that works better for me. Also, practiced a bit thinking diaphragmatic breath, not chest breathing, and pelvic floor movement. All the movements that help or inhibit us from taking a deep breath, drawing down to deepest lobes of lungs. This is helpful for me with meditation.
