Spend some quality time with the family tonight. No phones, no computers, maybe a fun board game.

I plan on resting today. I started a new exercise and weights challenge this week. It was hard, and I am letting my body recover. BTW, does it count as a plank if I can't get my stomach off the ground yet? I used a lot of muscles trying.

Increase coconut oil and other healthy fats intake as an aid in detoxing and moving lymph flow.
This also helps with controlling candida.
