I made a choice today that would make me healthier especially mental health. Would probably be to take a "Break From The Pc Today" and take my kids to go enjoy the wonderful day! Family time can work wonders for the mental!

Today I am making a vegan strawberry cheezecake. It has no refined sugar or grains. It's actually health-promoting, and a great snack for me and my family. I hadn't made this healthy cheezecake in awhile and was inspired to do so by another Steemian. I hope to post about it later.

Sleep early and wake up early :)

I am going to one NGO and teach underprivileged children. 😇

Worry less. Take it easy. God is in control.

Let go of all the negativity and all the positivity, pretend I'm dead... Whew, almost floated off there - maybe just eat and enjoy my ice cream. lol. ;)

I made a choice to increase my number of visits to the gym and to walk more. No excuses.

To get more exercise

Treat myself to a well deserved nap.

To relax and look around me and take in the happiness I am feeling.

I will accomplish something useful today, and blog about it on @Steemit.com!

I really enjoy the idea that Steemit-health is a thing! It's great that your creating a routine for others to strive towards their health goals and to share information/pump each other up! Keep this up please, it's important!

I've decided to live my life to my own rules and stop conforming to everyone else.

I will eat healthier today - sticking to a veggie based lunch as well as a dinner that includes an omega 3 filled slice of salmon and more vegetables!
