Today I plan to do some breathing exercises (Wim Hof method). I feel such peace when I hold my breath during these exercises. It is a form of meditation for me.

Great comment here with so much knowledge. Breathing techniques do help with relaxation. Nice resolution!

Nice resolution. Main consistency whether you earn or you don't, then have a more defined path and perhaps, a not very popular niche; post once or twice a bit and work on those one or two posts, make them the best and these tips will help you earn better rewards and improve your follower base!

To be a positive example to every person I come into contact with, I choose to be happy and positive, it is a choice, choose it!!! :) I want especially to lead this by example with my grandchildren. I will live life much happier, if I know that they are too.
