Pada kesempatan kali ini saya ingin sedikit berbagi mengenai beberapa hal yang sepele namun bisa berujung kepada resiko yang tak lazim.
Kebanyakan diantara perokok, merokok tanpa ditemani secangkir kopi dan asupan makanan yang manis, asam dan berbagai rasa sebelumnya rasanya kurang pas, tapi menghisap rokok dan mengkonsumsi makanan secara bergantian akan memicu kekakuan arteri yang meningkatkan resiko serangan jantung dan stroke.
Bahaya lainnya merokok sambil meneguk kopi juga akan merusak sistem saraf pusat, kadar gula darah meningkat, pembuluh darah menyusut, serta arteri semakin rusak. Beberapa ahli gizi menjelaskan bahwa kopi bersifat asam, jika masuk ke dalam tubuh. Dan jika dikombinasikan dengan rokok, maka dapat mengakibatkan tingkat keasaman yang lebih tinggi dan akhirnya akan menghancurkan perut kita.
Selain bahaya mengkombinasi rokok dan kopi, namun perlu kita ketahui juga ada beberapa bahaya lainnya yang terlihat sepele tetapi memiliki efek yang tidak lazim, diantaranya seperti yang dikatakan oleh Boldsky, "Merokok setelah makan bahayanya sama seperti mengkonsumsi 10 rokok sekaligus. Kebiasaan yang dianggap lazim itu bisa meningkatkan risiko radang paru-paru dan tenggorokan, serta memicu kanker di perut.
Selain merokok, kebiasaan-kebiasaan sederhana lain seperti tiduran dan mandi juga tidak baik dilakukan setelah makan. Itu bisa berujung pada perut kembung sampai kanker. Kebiasaan itu, tanpa disadari menyebabkan kesalahan pencernaan, memicu asam lambung, sampai penyerapan makanan seperti yang penulis kutip dari cnnindonesia.com
Memang tidak mudah menghilangkan kebiasaan merokok, karena berbagai alasan yang sudah melekat sejak lama, hal ini dibuktikan oleh beberapa perokok yang pernah saya wawancara secara lansung. Namun ada beberapa tips yang mungkin bermanfaat yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi penyakit dari bahaya merokok :
Perbanyaklah minum air putih untuk mengimbangi nikotin dari asap rokok agar tidak melekat pada paru-paru. Banyak minum air putih juga akan membantu pernafasan lebih teratur.
Sempatkan diri sehari atau lebih untuk berolahraga, dan berhentilah merokok di saat dan sehabis berolahraga, karena ketika sedang dan setelah berolahraga jantung kita sedang dipacu, jika ditambahkan dengan rokok akan membuat kita susah untuk bernafas.
Perbanyak mengkonsumsi sayur bening agar mencegah dan mengurangi lendir pada tenggorokkan.
Usahakan mengkonsumsi air kelapa muda atau air soda yang di campur dengan susu putih, untuk menetralisir atau menjernihkan paru-paru, jika memungkinkan lakukan itu dalam 1 minggu sekali.
Demikianlah beberapa tips atau sedikit cara yang patutnya dilakukan oleh perokok, mudah-mudahan bermanfaat.

It is not easy to eliminate the habit of smoking, for various reasons that have been attached for a long time, this is evidenced by some smokers who I have interviewed directly. However there are some useful tips that may need to be done to reduce the disease from the dangers of smoking:
Expand drinking water to balance nicotine from cigarette smoke so as not to stick to the lungs. Drink plenty of water will also help breathing more regularly.
Take a day or so for exercise, and quit smoking in and out of sports, because when you are and after exercising your heart is being boosted, if you add to a cigarette it will make you hard to breathe.
Expand the consumption of clear vegetables to prevent and reduce the mucus in the throat.
Try to consume young coconut water or soda water mixed with white milk, to neutralize or clear the lungs, if possible do it once in a week.
So some tips or a few ways that should be done by smokers, hopefully useful.
