Amazing!! - This is EXACTLY what I wanted with this post! Thank you @robsteady for sharing and thank you @sndphoenix for this outstanding reply!

With suggestions, feedback and by being friendly, we can come a long way! - This totally made my day. Thank you :)

No problem. I spend most of my time on the site reading through non-trending posts and making comments. I don't have any voting power, so at the moment there's very little else I can do to contribute. However, I think there is long term value in the entire concept of this platform, and it just needs time to develop to the point where non-mainstream (i.e. non-Steem-based) content gets noticed.

My post here for example:

https://steemit.com/art/@sndphoenix/e01-of-cgs-presents-high-school-heroes-introducing-jen-rogers

Got a total of 4 votes and one comment, and that comment was from someone that came to look at my post only because I welcomed her to the site on introduceyourself. However, I don't think the post was fundamentally valueless. If you disagree, feel free to let me know of course. I have thick skin!

I think you're a talented writer. Even though I haven't enough Steem Power to make a huge impact, I still upvoted your post. It's just like "doe" said in the comment on that post: "That's the best part. It's telling, it's interesting, and I'm intrigued!".

I feel sorry for some people who spends hours on their posts and gets nothing in return. And no, I'm not talking about money alone here. I talk about nice comments & feedbacks too.

However, I know it's impossible for everyone to go big or to build a great reputation on steemit in these early days.. But I know it will become possible, for everyone. Hopefully posts like that won't fly "under the radar" and just simply disappear among all the other posts further on, when steemit has made some future changes. I hope steemit will evolve and hopefully it will be easier to find quality content using the filters in the nearest future.
