What are the numbers in the bracket under the Steem Power.
I have (+27.570)
A friend have (-101.573 STEEM)
And I'm not earning interest on my Steem Power. Why?

It means you have some delegated steem power (from Steemit) while your friend has delegated their steem power (101.573) to another account.
Interest has been stopped for a long time now so no one is earning any as of now.
