Hello to the community of STEEMIT. Here I bring you two delicious recipes. which will be competing in #steemit-ironchef. I hope you like it and are encouraged to do it

Steemit Iron Chef 2018 Act 01 Round 07.
Entrance plate: Aumante cream with peurro
Ingredients:

• 500k of Aumante
• 100 grams of peurro
•Salt and pepper to taste.

Elaboration

place in a pot with water the auyama and peurro to boil for 10 minutes once boiled let stand until it is lukewarm. Place in the blender with salt to taste. To decorate, place some peurro leaves finely cut and tasteful. Ready to taste.

Main dish: steamed potatoes with peurro and meat with peurro

Ingredients:

• 100 grams of meat.
• 50 grams of peurro.
• 200 grams of potato.
  *salt and pepper to taste.

Elaboration:

Place the potatoes in a pot with peurro and salt to taste for 20 minutes or until soft. In a frying pan the meat with the round and round perennial add salt and pepper to taste. To decorate some daughters of peurro cut finely in strip. Ready to taste as a family.
