STEEMIT IRON CHEF 2018 Act 01 Round 08: Refreshing And Healthy Cold Soup From Grapes [RAW VEGAN SUGAR FREE]

Hello Everyone!
How are you doing lately? Because I was quite sick... Probably the air pollution + very cold days managed to catch me off guard and I had a cold with strong sinus pain. And for this kind of feeling, I decided to make a soup for this theme. Soups always make me feel better. Either it's cold or hot soup it always helps. Maybe this is a placebo effect but I really feel better after eating soups, lol! 😃 Anyway, This was an interesting theme for me, I have to say and I hope that my entry will be as much interesting to you as well. 😊

That soup was super easy and quick to make. It's also healthy, I didn't use any unnecessary additives. Combination of fresh mint and lime juice reminded me of upcoming spring. Lately, I often use this combination. But maybe because I really miss warm days at which I'm eating something with these tastes.😋 😎

So basically, this soup is great as a dessert. And perfect for a date with your soul mate. This time I made this for me and my mom, she also fell in love with that soup! And you know what is great in that dish? It's sugar free! Yassss, that cold soup is naturally sweet, and thanks to lime juice is perfectly balanced! Would you try it? 🤗😋

For preparing you will need:
for two servings

500g of green grapes
handful of fresh mint
lime juice
coconut cream (milk)

This looks so good :) I would love to try this some time. Unfortunatly the grapes we have in Sweden is often super filled with toxins. So I might have to wait untill I can get my hands on some organic and non-lethal grapes :D

I have to try that soup from my own grapes. We have in our garden some grapes, and every summer me and my family enjoy their taste :) What do you mean with that, the grapes are filled with toxins? Just I'm curious :)
