Once again thank you to @progressivechef for this amazing contest.
This week's theme was could soup/gazpacho.
And here is my entry!!

It's really easy and fast for prepare it.
Ingredients
1 cucumber
2 apples
30ml of apple vinager
50 ml of extra virgen olive oil
250ml of water
)
We cut the cucumber and the apples in small pieces and trush it all together.
)
Then we went through a colander.
)
And that's all. Very tasty and fresh flavour.
