🐼 Steemit Iron Chef 2018 Act1 Round1 - Sole with olives and feta

This is the new season of Steemit Iron Chef and here I am at the very beginning. Very chuffed to have been in the top 20 last season and to have received a generous reward even though I missed out on the first few weeks.

This week the theme is olives. I made some delicious sole with shrimps and added feta and olives and red pepper with some cream. The result was truly delicious

Tomorrow I will be putting up a new introductory post as I have changed computers and lost my owner key. I will be using a new account with my real name Christine Poulos. Because I have no followers yet on the new account and have to start from scratch I hope you will forgive me for still posting on my Pandamama account. Part of me wants to keep both accounts now but that may cause confusion - just as my proof photograph has my real name on it.

So this was my meal today. The theme was olives and the timing was great because last week I bought some fresh olives picked off the tree - I thought they were blueberries and only discovered that they were olives a few days later. So I set to pickle them and I will make a second post with my recipe.

Pretty simple to make - I placed my soles into a glass oven proof dish and seasoned with salt, pepper, origanum and lemon and added some sour cream. Once the fish was cooking, I added the shrimps, feta cheese, red peppers and olives and cooked further. My dish was then served with saffron rice and mixed vegetables.
