I am actually on the look for someone to run Steemit Iron Chef!!!
BUT WHY???
If you've read my last post, by now you must already know that I've been hired as Executive Chef of a very famous and luxurious 5 star hotel in Mauritius and I'll start my role as from this coming Monday!
I've been at this position for two other hotels in the past and I can confirm that this job requires a lot of time...we chefs we work like crazy for really very long hours...
And I am afraid should I not find the necessary time to run SIC properly as I have been doing since August last year!
To be on the safe side and to be sure that the most favourite cooking contest of so many foodies here on steemit keeps running smoothly, I have decided to try find someone who is willing to run the contest on my behalf...

I have some steemians on my mind...who I am sure can run the contest perfectly...well I would like to see if anyone of them would love to take this challenge!
Requirements to be eligible to run SIC
- Preference given to someone who has been regular in SIC since the start!
- Your food posts/blog must be of very high quality - no plagiarism
- You must be someone original and very creative on the food side of things especially!
- You must be someone very active on the Steemit platform.
- You must be someone of a very positive mind...always helping fellow minnows out there.
What you will need to do!???
The one selected, will work in collaboration with me and we will be in constant contact via the discord channel/steem.chat!
Theme of the week and rules will be decided by both of us.
You will have minimum two posts to make weekly on SIC : The weekly new round announcement post and the winners announcement post!
If you wish to write more posts on SIC, you will be free to do so!

You don't have a spend a penny...I will be sponsoring the weekly prizes as usual - a new system which I will let the one selected know once confirmed.
All the SP generated with those two posts is for you.

I'll wait for about a week or so and see if I manage to get someone volunteer...if not then I'll run the contest myself but with some time delay.
Steemit Iron Chef is such a great contest/project, like my baby, which has helped so many foodies on the platform since its inception...so keeping it running is a must for me!
I just hope to find that right person to run it with passion, otherwise....I'll manage it myself!

Came back to check on Act 2 of SIC after staying out of Act 1 of SIC this year...Wow, I hope you find a suitable judge to help take off the load! I clearly don't qualify on being regular at the moment (and for the past 4 months of radio silence), so I'll give you what I can...the best wishes on finding a good partner to helm the contest with you! =)

Hi @progressivechef, first of all, huge congratulations on the new job, it sounds awesome. Secondly, this sounds like such a great opportunity but unfortunately due to my lack of posts in general on Steemit I don’t think I’m the best candidate for the job! I’m pretty busy so I’m not sure I’d always be able to commit so much time to the judging process but I do hope you manage to find someone :-)

Hmmm. I would love to be considered. Even if I do not qualify that much, I do love beautiful and mouth-watering food. And I adore looking at the juicy plates everybody makes each week. Plus, I do not frequent the top board that often so I might just work for the position :D Either way, hit me up if there are no specialists in sight who can take the job! :)
