[webcomic] Fan Submission - Hearing Aid + Video!

Morning all!

It's been an up and down sort of year, but let me tell you. I started drinking coffee on Sunday and I have been BLOWING through my projects :O At least more than I usually do.

Still have a hard time waking up early though...

This week's comic is based on a fan submission from one of my friends! About a year ago, back when I was only posting on Tumblr, I did a submission contest when I hit 100 subscribers, and started drawing comics based on my fans' life each Friday. And then I stopped and procrastinated and now a year later we're finally finishing up.

Aren't adults so awkward??? hahaha

Seriously though. I get trying to be understanding. But sometimes, the best thing you can do is act like it's not a big deal after all, especially with a little kid who's already feeling self-conscious.

I got some process pics for you as always. I actually started off drawing the girl at her age now, before I re-read her submission and realized this happened when she was a kid...oops

Annnnnd this time I also recorded a video! With commentary! :D

I've been debating doing fan submissions and comics again -- this time for a proper Fan Friday haha -- so let me know if you think that's a good idea! Thanks for reading! Hope you enjoyed.
