No I have heard that HF20 will take until Q3 2018 so September, but before then I can only HOPE we get appbase and communities so we can all get settled into our own subreddit like sub-steemit communities and get ready for HF20 and the big flood of new users when onboarding is instant and you wont need any SP to make at least a few posts a day I am guessing. And then I am ASSUMING if the mass onboarding HF20 scaling hardfork happens ALL teh way in September aka Quarter 3 of 2018, then HF21 which is all about SMTs must be taking until WInter or late late new years 2018 probably early or Spring 2019 because if HF20 is going to take until September we RELALy are going to be waiting for HF21 which is SMTs and the Decentralized Exchange DEX aka our internal market! :D But that is OK it wont MATTER that it is taking that long because we will have COMMUNITIES! We will get SO much use out of steem when we have our own subreddits that we won' care AND the UI will be updated and new front ends and APPS will come out! So anyway check out the SMT features they are working on, like Staking SMTs into SMT power or recieving payment for posts in SMTs & you'll be able to buy them on our internal market :D :$ They will even have an ICO system easier than ethereum or any other system! Most likely SMTs will be even easier to launch than EOS tokens :D Seems like we will even get to receive two types of SMTs for our comment rewards too! ALL sorts of cool new features are coming with SMTs and this should be proof to people like @reko that they indeed ARE happening & they WILL be a reality and they are NOT vaporware and the Github page for steemit inc should be proof of that :D
And EOS is UP in price 12% by the way & so is Bitcoin private, it's up 37% :D
