So now @disregardfiat has this 100 Steempower delegation he can create his instant accounts as soon as he needs them for his Project Dlux, Virtual reality in browser front end for steem posts.

Thanks to @surfyogi and his @artzone and @wafrica projects for delegating me 5k SP so that I may actually reach out and delegate to these promising new users and their projects!
