Steem has dipped lately, after hitting a recent high of $0.82. It has now pulled back to $0.60. It's a somewhat disappointing performance we have to say. We thought we might have been in for a period of growth last week when Steem hit that $0.82 mark but sadly it soon started to move in the wrong direction. Trading volume is also not as high as we would like.
We still see no sign of that elusive Altcoin season at this stage which also dampens our spirits a little, after all we have been very patient - all of us! Many of the Alts have indeed gained pace, including Steem, but we are not in the midst of that bull run we so desperately want.

The past few days for Steem have been a bit bumpy, with it moving in a gradual downward trend. As you can see Steem is down 15% from last week. However, while this is of course disappointing we don't see in this any serious cause for worry at this stage of the game.
Take a look at Bitcoin and many of the other Alts and you will see a similar pattern with Steem. While Bitcoin continues to trade between $54k-59k the altcoins also move up and down but not in any huge capacity. Steem is in step with many other Altcoins but wouldn't it be nice if we saw some more of that independent spirit Steem treats us to every now and then.

The crypto market is being prudent, even bitcoin has an unstable behavior, maybe we should get used to ending the year with this type of unstable behavior

I believe it is a good opportunity for minnow steemians to get more steem because SBD is giving 11. something for 1 SBD :)

@acom yes as per my thinking it's the best time to invest in the steem as the price will definitely move up and we can get good profit and increase our investment.
As the whole market is falling we need to just hold tight and if you have some money then invest in some good coins.
