I think the focus has been on linear rewards and next velocity. I imagine the focus will return to this after HF20.

    Thanks. I re-read this article about velocity, and the part about removing SP from new accounts and granting minimum bandwidth. I think depending on how successful this is, and if the initial bandwidth is set at the optimal level, it could be very beneficial for Steem.

      Sorry, yes edited. Basically I think the account creation process is a huge issue, which needs to be fixed as soon as possible, and is more important than communities, and aggroed's comments made me think about it further.
