Photos Not Always Showing Up on Steemit???????

Would someone please please please please explain to me why some of the time an imported photo only shows up grey on the little picture next to the Blog title even though it actually displays properly inside the blog itself. Happens to me about 10-20% of the time and I do not know why or how to stop if from happening. HELP!!!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
