Often you uttered your limitations and unconsciously you brag them: “I cant sing”, “I can't shoot a ball”, and “I cant do it.” But because you started it badly it does not mean it will be bad all throughout. You just need a motivation and encouragement from friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, or from family. But even without them just believe in yourself. Still you can.
Where did you get the idea that you cant cook? From a bad start and from a bad comment. Just hang on and learn. Practice and everything will be easier and you cant say “you cant” anymore. Read books and take advises those are doses of some encouragements. You can do more than you think you can.
Make it a habit. Yes! But habits are not formed overnight. Your set of standards now can be traced far back to your childhood years your ATTITUDE. May it good or bad it has been shaped by the people you met and through experiences as you grow older. Look at what happen in your past and start asking your self, “ When did I conclude I couldn't cook well?” Since when did I conclude that I could not sing or dance.?” _ “Since when did I become afraid of cockroach.?”_What triggered you to become impatient? Such negative characteristics of your parents or maybe your friends become your own.

BUT do not blame yourself for who you were in the past for what you have become in the present. It does not contribute to your personal growth. You’ll be imprisoned in your old self. Use your past to evaluate your present. Past contains valuable lessons to cherish and your present is a room for improvement. Recognize your real value that you are incomparably the most precious creature.
