People using their own Bots to comment on content?

Recently I made a post https://steemit.com/steemit/@alexanderbaima/are-all-the-contests-and-giveaways-good-for-the-platform. I received 2 comments that were clearly made by bots. My post had nothing to do with photography or art, or sharing the history of my family. Are spam bots going to be a problem here like they are in many videogame communities? I understand the need for bots for community support groups for helping people who are new to the site, but are we letting things get a little out of control?
